Oh My Cyber-God!
8-Oct, 2009
Jesus Cyber-Christ! Enough with the cyber-compound nouns already! It’s a ridiculous word added onto the beginning of another word just so people with IQs below 100 understand that the analyst/reporter is talking about the Internet. On the Yahoo! Tech Security cyber-page, I counted no less than 13 cyber-instances of the word “cyber.” WTCF? Please. Everyone stop now. So flippin’ cyber-annoying.
Linux Flaw Proves Security Through Obscurity?
21-Aug, 2009
A major security flaw in the 2.4 and 2.6 Linux kernels can cause local privilege escalation allowing a hacker with physical access to gain root ["God-like"] privileges. What I think is interesting is that this flaw has been in the kernel since 2001. 8 years to find this little gem…wow.

9-Jun, 2009
You might want to think twice before taking money out your favorite ATM machine; you might get more than you bargained for. The malware grabs the information off of your card’s magnetic strip, as well as your PIN. Lovely.
ATM Malware Spreading Around the World
This is what I find most disturbing:
Those who wrote the malware have detailed knowledge about how ATMs work, Henwood said. The sample they tested ran on ATMs using Microsoft’s Windows XP operating system.
Jesus Quincy Adams.
